Recently, our company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tellhow Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " Tellhow Power " ) , a leading domestic generator set manufacturer . Both parties will leverage their respective core strengths to conduct in-depth collaboration in areas such as upgrading the aftertreatment emissions of diesel and natural gas generator sets, and developing integrated power supply projects, jointly seizing global green power industry opportunities under the " dual carbon " (carbon peak, carbon neutrality) context .

As a leading enterprise with significant influence in China's generator set industry, Tellhow Power was established in 2007 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of public-listed Tellhow Technology (stock ticker 600590 ) . It has two internationally standardized manufacturing bases and mainly produces intelligent diesel generator sets, trailer power stations, silent generator sets and battery energy storage system(BESS) products with a full power range of 1-10000kW . These products are widely used in core fields such as data centers, telecommunications, energy and construction.
According to the agreement, the cooperation between the two parties will focus on four main areas: First, complementary advantages and joint promotion of industrial upgrading, comprehensively advancing the upgrading of generator set exhaust emissions and the development of integrated power projects; second, innovative models and broadened cooperation paths, integrating the brand and technological resources of both parties, focusing on the demonstration application of low emission generator sets; third, technological synergy and joint construction of core competitiveness, focusing on tackling key technologies such as deep emission reduction of exhaust emissions to meet dual carbon targets and the coupling of new energy with generator sets, and jointly formulating standardized products and industry standards; fourth, market synergy and joint expansion of business development, by prioritizing the recommendation of each other's products and technical solutions to end users in various market-oriented projects at home and abroad, helping both parties to increase their market share simultaneously.
