At 9:00 a.m. on September 26, the opening ceremony of "2019 overseas scholars return to China for Entrepreneurship Week" and the theme forum of "patriotism, struggle and responsibility" opened. Experts and scholars from 16 provinces (cities, autonomous regions) and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, members of the Youth Federation, young entrepreneurs, young scientific and technological workers, and more than 100 outstanding young entrepreneurs who have returned from studying abroad gathered in Tongling for this youth feast. As one of the five speakers, chairman Liu Yi was invited to attend the event and shared his patriotic and entrepreneurial journey.

Born in Chizhou, Anhui, he is currently the Chairman of Anhui ActBlue Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, a member of the National Youth Federation, an Executive Committee member of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Vice Chairman of Anhui Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce.
Born in Chizhou, Anhui Province, he is currently the chairman of Anhui ActBlue environmental protection Co., Ltd., member of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, member of the National Youth Federation, executive member of the all China Federation of industry and commerce, and vice chairman of Anhui Federation of industry and Commerce.
Graduated from energy department of Zhejiang University, majoring in automotive engineering, master and doctor of Mechanical Engineering Department of University of Wisconsin Madison, USA. in 2008, he returned to China and founded Ecoline environmental protection Co., Ltd., which is committed to engine emission control industry. He has won the May 4th medal for Chinese youth, the China Youth Entrepreneurship award, and the fifth national non-public economy outstanding builder of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since returning to China in 2009, he has devoted himself to environmental protection industry with his "Chinese dream", so that Chinese people can enjoy the beautiful blue sky and white clouds while enjoying the development achievements of modern automobile industry.
From his second speech at the forum, he was recognized as one of the five overseas guests. And his family and country feelings of "always thinking of risking his life and dying for the country's emergency" were warmly praised by the whole audience.
Overseas scholars returning home for Entrepreneurship Week is an international youth talent exchange activity sponsored by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, all China Youth Federation and European and American students' Association. The activity has been successfully held for 18 years since 2001, attracting a large number of overseas talents to return home for innovation and entrepreneurship, and boosting the transformation and landing of a large number of intellectual achievements and project resources.
